Hey babes! I've been using the Diorshow Iconic mascara a lot lately and I wanted to share it with you! I'm always looking for new mascaras and this one was recommended to me by some friends so I decided to splurge and buy it. This is a little over my usual budget but with discount codes it's doable. It costs €33,50 which is a lot, I would probably never buy this at full price.
It is supposed to lift, curl and separate every lash, which I have already noticed it doesn't always do. At first I wasn't sure about this mascara, I didn't like it because my lashes clumped together sometimes and it didn't give me a lot of length or curl. But after using it a few times I noticed the way you apply it changes a lot. If you apply this with a slight wiggle you get a lot more volume and if you don't you get lashes that are nicely separated but not as voluminous. I had to find the perfect way to apply this before I liked it!
I also love the detail of this packaging, so beautiful!
This brush is designed to give your lashes a curl without using an eyelash curler and it does really do that, as you can see in my pictures, naturally my lashes are quite straight, on camera you can barely see them, they're also not as pigmented at the base. With 1 or 2 coats I get a natural looking curl in my lashes, for daily use that's what I'm looking for!
This brush isn't too large so you can get close to your lash line, I even use these on my lower lashes by applying less pressure!
I quite like this mascara now, I use it almost every day and it doesn't look too unnaturally long and I don't mind a few lashes clumped together because my lashes are quite light and it looks like they are much fuller this way.
I would love to try out the Diorshow Iconic Overcurl to see if it gives more length without looking like you have no volume!
Which mascara are you using right now?
Thanks for reading!
