Birchbox May

5.7.16

Hey babes! Another Birchbox review for you! This month's box had a scratch-off lid!

I really liked the products this month, the first product is this Foot Care Cream by Kueshi. I usually enjoy very rich creams, this one is very lightweight, it has tea tree oil so it's disinfecting as well. It feels very fresh but it's still moisturizing! I might purchase a full size when I run out of my other foot creams.

The next product is this More Brows brow gel by Model & Co, this is very similar to the Make Me Brow by Essence or the Gimme Brow by Benefit. This gel is very pigmented, it's quite dark and ashy. You can smudge it a little to create a more tinted look or you can leave it and let it dry like a regular gel. I really enjoy this one! The brush is very tiny and precise.

This Solid Shampoo by Lamazuna isn't easy to use, I find that it doesn't foam very quickly and it definitely takes more time to use then the Lush solid shampoos or a regular shampoo. But once my hair is washed it does feel very fresh and clean. It keeps my natural waves and doesn't make it frizzy! I do love that it's all natural and vegan!

This Pure Lumière Radiance Face Scrub by Aïny is actually super cool, it's a golden cream that turns milky white when it touches water, it's very exfoliating, almost like a lip scrub that isn't sugar based. I feel like it really cleans out my pores but it's also quite abrasive so definitely not for regular use.

This Chill Out Refreshing Face Mist by Merci Handy is a super fine mist, it's very fresh and cooling, it doesn't seem to have any skincare qualities but it's great for hot days to freshen up. The size of this is great because I can keep it in my handbag!

Thanks for reading!
xoxo Christine
